Paperless Policy

    Last updated: 19 April 2026

LogistIQ Consulting is deeply committed to environmental safeguard and takes proactive steps to minimise its ecological footprint. Consequently, LogistIQ Consulting enforces a strict no-paper policy: we never mail physical documents to customers and strive to reduce incoming paper mail to our offices to virtually zero.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this policy, please reach out to us at legal@logistiqconsulting.com. We will reply within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry (on business days).

Because of delays inherent to international postal systems, any correspondence sent to our physical address may take up to 21 days for us to receive and respond to. For a fast reply, please use the email address above.

LogistIQ Consulting Operates as a Fully Digital Company

All records generated in the course of our business exist solely in electronic form and every customer interaction takes place through digital channels. Our customers, partners, and licensees are all managed electronically worldwide.

    Paper-Free Office Environment

By eliminating printing and the associated postage expenses, we conserve resources and energy. We ask all suppliers and vendors working with us to adopt similar digital practices wherever feasible.

Beyond environmental advantages, operating without paper helps keep our organisation lean and efficient. Our response times for customer communication and support are very fast because we have no paper-related delays.

On the rare occasions when physical letters are unavoidable, once processed, any paper is either securely destroyed or carefully recycled.

    Low Carbon Emissions

As a global company, LogistIQ Consulting takes action to keep its carbon footprint low.

Avoiding unnecessary shipping: All product files are delivered electronically, eliminating the need to ship CDs, product boxes, or bulky documentation.

Trade show and user group participation: We support trade shows and user groups through digital participation.
