We only disclose your personal data to third parties if:

Section 4: External Service Providers

If external service providers handle your personal data, this usually occurs as part of a data processing arrangement. This is explicitly permitted by law (Article 28 of the UK GDPR). LogistIQ Consulting continues to be responsible for protecting your personal data, even in such cases. Each service provider is contractually bound to process all personal data solely according to our directives. We enforce this through strict contractual terms, technical and organizational safeguards, and additional oversight measures. Where no data processing on our behalf is involved, we still enter into appropriate agreements with our service providers to ensure they fulfill their data protection obligations.

Infrastructure & Database: We use Supabase for secure, encrypted cloud storage. All project and client data is stored behind rigorous security protocols.

Website Hosting: Our platform is served via Lovable Cloud, and Cloudflare.

Communications: Form submissions and digital inquiries may be processed via Resend to ensure secure routing to our consulting team.

Visual Assets: We use Google Fonts for a consistent visual experience. When you load our site, your IP address is briefly visible to Google's servers to deliver the font files to your browser.

Section 5: Data Control for the Social Media Plugins used

Our website includes buttons from social media networks. These buttons allow you to visit our official company profiles on those platforms, follow us, and connect with our contacts there.

To give you full control over your data, these buttons are designed so that direct communication between the social network and the website visitor only occurs when you actively click on the button (a one-click solution).

Once you activate the social media plugin, certain data may be sent to the social media providers, including: IP address, browser information, operating system, screen resolution, installed browser plug-ins, the referrer, and the URL of the current website.

The next time you return to our website, the social media plugins will be set back to their default inactive state. This ensures that no data is transmitted on repeat visits.
